great air conditioning

Excellent place with free wi-fi, a lovely breakfast, and great air conditioning. I remember how the staff helped me find car service on my first visit. Definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway. I'll be back for a city break!

Exceptionally comfortable bed, immaculately clean room with central heating, a sitting area and a CD player. Extremely friendly staff always on hand.

The place had great sitting areas to relax and enjoy the views. We visited historic towns like Auburn and Nevada City, and the game room was perfect for some fun at night. Breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was chill. Highly recommend it!

Only downside was the rooster crowing early in the morning, which might wake you up if you're a light sleeper.

I enjoyed my stay and felt at home with the hospitality provided. The view from my room offered a great perspective of the surrounding area. One morning, I was greeted with a good breakfast prepared by my host, which started my day on a high note. I also appreciated the serenity of the gardens in the evening with a perfect backdrop.

The staff is courteous here, the services are great, and location is absolutely incredible really close to Colfax, the California foothills, and Grass Valley as well as Nevada City. The rooms are huge and large and complete with 2 TV's and TV, as for instance. The breakfast is savoury, includes lots of meals. No complaints whatsoever, I recommend this place and will be back.
